The present invention discloses a system and a method for the treatment of hospital sewage through the combination of biological contact oxidation and MBR membrane. The system for the treatment of hospital sewage comprises a grating well, an anaerobic sedimentation tank, a biological contact oxidation pond, an MBR tank, and a disinfection contact tank which are successively connected in series. The water inlet end of the grating well is provided with a water inlet pipe; a sludge pump sludge inlet pipe connected with the sludge pump is respectively arranged on the anaerobic sedimentation tank, the biological contact oxidation pond, and the MBR tank; an aerating unit is arranged respectively at the bottom of the biological contact oxidation pond and the MBR tank, and the aerating units are connected with an air blower through pipes; a composite filler is disposed in the biological contact oxidation pond over the aerating unit thereof; and MBR membrane modules are arranged in the MBR tank over the aerating unit thereof. The whole sewage treatment station of the invention is highly integrated in design, covers a small area, needs no building, runs in closed environment, and has no pollutions of noise and odor; and water after treatment meets reclaimed water standards, and can be used for plants, toilets, landscapes, etc.
