A dry-burning-resistant temperature-sensitive switch for an electric heating device comprises a power input end terminal, a power output end terminal, a thermometal piece, a movable contact, a static contact, a metal elastic piece, an inner casing, an outer casing and a push rod. The position of the movable contact corresponds to that of the static contact. The push rod is arranged between the thermometal piece and the metal elastic piece, and the thermometal piece is arranged at the bottom of the inner casing and is in direct contact with the electric heating device. One end of the metal elastic piece and the power input end terminal are fixedly connected onto the inner casing, the other end of the metal elastic piece is provided with the movable contact, and the static contact is arranged on the power output end terminal. When the temperature-sensitive switch is installed on the electric heating device and works, the thermometal piece is in direct contact with the electric heating device. When the electric heating device reaches the rated temperature, the thermometal piece is bended upwards to push the push rod to enable the movable contact and the static contact on the end portion of the metal elastic piece to be separated to quickly cut off a circuit and prevent dry burning. Due to the fact that the thermometal piece is in direct contact with the electric heating device, temperature induction is more sensitive, reaction action is quicker, a dry-burning-resistant protection effect is improved, and safety is improved.
