The invention provides a novel biological pesticide formula and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of agriculture. The formula comprises 4-14 percent of sophoridine, 2-6 percent of oxysophoridine, 1-5 percent of an emulsifying agent and 75-93 percent of water. According to the formula, the emulsion is prepared through an emulsifying technology. The pesticide emulsion has the advantages of clear ingredients, stable and controllable quality, stable effect, safety, low toxicity, no pollution, low cost and the like.
