The device comprises a compression gauge (1), an air pipe (2), a vacuum rubber cover (3), an iron frame (4) of vacuum cover, seal rubber (5), a work base platform (6) and a vacuum pump (7), wherein the seal rubber (5) is arranged between the work base platform (6) and the iron frame (4) of the vacuum cover, the iron frame (4) of the vacuum is connected with the vacuum rubber cover (3), a vacuum-pumping air hole (8) is arranged on the vacuum rubber cover (3), the air pipe (2) is plugged in the vacuum-pumping air pipe (8), and the air pipe (2) is connected with the compression gauge (1) and the vacuum pump (7). The method and the device make the surface of the product flat without local non-flatness and non-flatness phenomenon caused by excessive pressurization, have advantages of more energy saving, reasonable design, safety and reliability, and is easy for popularization and usage.
