The invention provides a novel stirling heat engine which takes air, hydrogen or a refrigerating agent as a working medium. The novel stirling heat engine comprises such main components as an expander, an engine, a cylinder and a sealed container. The novel stirling heat engine can do work by using ambient atmosphere pressure, so that the output power and the efficiency of the novel stirling heat engine are higher than those of a conventional heat engine.
