本发明公开了一种黄鳝保鲜运输方法，包括夏季运输和冬季运输两种方式，其中所述的夏季运输即气温≥22℃时的运输，所述的冬季运输即气温＜22℃时的运输。采用本发明中的方法，黄鳝的成活率达98%以上，成活天数达15天以上。

The invention discloses fresh-preserving transportation method for ricefield eels. The method includes a transportation mode in summer and a transportation mode in winter, wherein the transportation in summer is transportation at the air temperature larger than or equal to 22 DEG C, and the transportation in summer is transportation at the air temperature smaller than 22 DEG C. The survival rate of the ricefield eels is larger than 98%, and the number of the survival days is larger than 15.
