本发明公开了具有如下结构的铁酸盐催化剂、其制备方法和用途：其中，A为Mg原子、Zn原子或该两种原子以任意比例的混合物；D为选自Ni原子、Co原子、W原子、Mn原子或Ca原子中的一种或更多种的原子；a=0.01～0.55；b=0～0.30；c是满足各原子价态的数。所述催化剂是用如下方法制得的：（1）溶解前驱体化合物，（2）滴加沉淀剂I，将pH控制为5.0～6.9，滴加沉淀剂II，从而将pH进一步控制为7.0～9.0，（3）将所述沉淀物过滤并焙烧，得到催化剂。Fe1AaDbOc。

The invention discloses a ferrate catalyst with the following structure, a preparation method and application of the ferrate catalyst, wherein A refers to a Mg atom, a Zn atom or a mixture of the Mg atom and the Zn atom in any proportion; D is selected from one or more of a Ni atom, a Co atom, a W atom, a Wn atom or a Ca atom; a is equal to 0.01-0.55; b is equal to 0-0.30; c is a number meeting various atomicities. The catalyst is prepared by the following methods: (1) dissolving a precursor compound; (2) adding a precipitator I dropwise, controlling pH to be 5.0-6.9, and adding a precipitator II dropwise, thereby controlling Ph to be 7.0-9.0 further; and (3) filtering and roasting precipitates, thereby obtaining the catalyst Fe1AaDbOc.
