The invention relates to a coulomb anode plate in an electrostatic precipitator. The coulomb anode plate is characterized in that the tops of louvre blades are punched and are connected in series through upper round steel, the upper round steel is fixed with upper small flat steel together, and the upper end of the upper small flat steel is fixed with an upper connecting plate together; one edge of angle steel is fixed with the upper connecting plate together, and the other edge of the angle steel are inserted into hollow tubes at the two ends of the angle steel; the hollow tubes at the two ends of the angle steel are connected and fixed through channel steel to form a frame in a transverse direction; the louvre blades penetrate through punched holes in the channel steel, and the bottoms of the louvre blades are punched and are connected in series through lower round steel; the lower round steel is fixed with lower small flat steel together, and the lower end of the lower small flat steel is fixed with a lower connecting plate together; the lower round steel and two ends of the lower connecting plate are fixed with the hollow tubes together. The coulomb anode plate has the benefits that the louvre blades penetrate through the transverse channel steel to be positioned but are not fixedly connected with the channel steel and the frame; the gaps between louvre blades keep uniform, and each louvre blade is straightened like a vertical line, so that an anode row formed by the coulomb anode plate can be wholly more and more smooth, and the electric dust removal effect is significantly improved.
