The invention discloses a bicycle wheel clamping force tester; the structure of the bicycle wheel clamping force tester is that a three-dimensional force applying mechanism consists of two two-dimensional directional guide rails and a spiral lifting mechanism. A rotating shaft capable of vertically moving is mounted on a pole above a base; a plurality of pin holes for indexing are formed in the shaft; a rotating plate is mounted on the rotating shaft and capable of rotating; two bolt mechanisms are mounted on the rotating plate; a fixture for fastening a bicycle is mounted on the rotating plate for angle location. The bicycle wheel clamping force tester is used for solving the problems of force applying difficulty and inaccuracy of test results due to the direction difference of bicycle wheels. A dynamometer and a tension hook are arranged at the top end of a wall pulley which is mounted on the base; the tension hook is connected with a front shaft or a back shaft of a test bicycle. When the rotating plate enables the bicycle to rotate to the needed angle, the rotating plate is fixed by the two bolt mechanisms. A hand wheel is rotated to pull the dynamometer for testing. The tester has the advantages of convenience for use and force application, small occupied space and accurate test results.
