The invention discloses a loop closing difference measuring method for a triangle closed loop of a GPS (global positioning system) control network. According to the method, the base line data is obtained, the base line data is analyzed to obtain the point location information of the GPS control network; all possible triangle groups of point locations of the GPS control network are calculated; the triangles are compared with the base line, and the triangles which do not include the effective base line are deleted; the rest triangles are subjected to loop closing difference calculation. The loop closing difference measuring method has the advantages that the calculation is simple, the realization is easy, a geometrical method is utilized, all triangle closed loops in the GPS control network can be searched out, and the calculation precision of loop closing differences is improved, so the foundation is laid for preferably measuring the observation quality and reliability of the GPS control network.
