本发明公开了一种400吨起重铺管船托管架制作方法，包括下列步骤：1）托管架两侧片体制作；2）托管架两侧片体组装；3）托管架整体组装；4）托管架附件安装；5）连接销座安装。本发明能够减少托管架制作成本，在船厂现有车间条件下，确保托管架制作过程中精度得到有效控制，为后期托管架安装提供有利条件。

The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a 400-ton lifting pipe-layering ship stinger. The method comprises the following steps: (1) manufacturing two side sheet bodies of the stinger; (2) assembling the two side sheet bodies of the stinger; (3) assembling the entire stinger; (4) arranging accessories of the stinger; (5) arranging a connecting pin base. By adopting the method, the manufacturing cost of the stinger can be reduced, the accuracy in the manufacturing process of the stinger is effectively controlled under the current workshop condition of a ship plant, and beneficial conditions are provided for later installation of the stinger.
