The rolling molding device comprises a rack; multiple connection shafts are arranged above the rack and are connected by gears; one of the connection shafts is provided with a driven belt wheel connected with a driving belt wheel by a synchronous belt; the driving belt wheel is driven by a motor so as to drive the multiple connection shafts to rotate; part of the connection shafts are provided with upper or lower rotary wheels; the upper and lower rotary wheels form sequentially arrayed seven groups of rolling devices; a die chassis is arranged at one side of the rack and is provided with a lower template; the lower template is provided with a punching die and a cut-off die; a beating head is arranged above each of the punching die and the cut-off die; the beating heads are driven by an oil cylinder to move up and down. The integral machining process of the reinforcing rod is automatically finished, so the machining efficiency is greatly improved.
