The invention provides a material flow heat recovering process in an acrylonitrile production device. The material flow heat recovering process comprises the following steps: extracting a material flow with a first terminal from a lateral line of an absorbing tower; pumping the material flow in an ammonia evaporator through a circulating pump of eh lateral line of the absorbing tower; cooling the material flow with the first terminal to a second terminal through the ammonia evaporator; cooling the material flow with the second terminal to a third temperature through a propylene evaporator; and cooling the material flow with the third terminal to a fourth terminal through a cooler. According to the material flow heat recovering process, the probability that the propylene evaporator and an S5 material flow pipeline are blocked can be remarkably reduced, the safety of the production of a propylene device is improved; meanwhile, the effective heat transfer temperature difference of the ammonia evaporator and the propylene evaporator is remarkably improved, the required heat exchange area is reduced, and the manufacturing cost of equipment is lowered.
