The invention discloses an instrument for testing a vibration base. The instrument comprises a vibration base 1, a vibration module 2, a vibration table 3, a supporting module 4, a structure module 5 and a sensing module 6. The instrument is simple in structure, the actual vibration situation and the anti-seismic situation of a high-rise building can be highly simulated through supersmall-scale normal and destructive experiments, and the optimal design of the high-rise building is facilitated.
