The invention discloses a capacitor resistant to high temperature and high voltage. The capacitor comprises a bucket body which is internally provided with an electrolytic medium and an element immersed in the electrolytic medium. The top of the bucket body is provided with a sealing layer which is made of epoxy resin material. The element is composed of an anode foil, a cathode foil and a plurality of pieces of electrolytic layer paper. The electrolytic layer paper is clamped between the anode foil and the cathode foil. The anode foil is connected with a positive guide pin, the cathode foil is connected with a negative guide pin, and the positive guide pin and the negative guide pin penetrate through the sealing layer. The capacitor is reasonable in structure design, resistant to high temperature and high voltage and long in service life, is applicable to circuits with unknown polarity or large-ripple polarity, and has wide conductive path and small contact impact of current, and the relative negative electrode is not easily broken down.
