The invention provides a talkback and broadcast system for mining underground rescue command. In order to meet demands for underground safety production information exchange of mines, especially small and medium mines, the low-cost and high-reliability talkback and broadcast system for the mining underground rescue command is developed and constructed by means of an embedded operation system based on the network technique. The talkback and broadcast system optimizes the existing broadcast system, transmits high-fidelity voice messages in a digital mode, and is compatible with the existing mining local area network. According to demands for mine production and safety, broadcast and talkback are provided, and voice signals are transmitted through an Ethernet. When emergency happens under mines, by means of the talkback and broadcast system, people can perform call and talkback, and transmit command and evacuation line messages on the site to command field staffs to evacuate out of danger regions quickly, orderly and safely, and effect caused by disasters can be reduced to the maximum extent.
