The invention provides a mobile phone anti-theft and tracking system based on a J2EE and an Android platform. The system realizes security protection of mobile phones, namely, intelligent anti-theft and early warning, automatic detecting whether an SIM card is changed in a malicious manner. The system realizes information back-up and short message bomb, that is, short messages are backed up and emptied. The system realizes positioning and tracking a mobile phone at regular time, and can track the mobile phone through a Web-based tracking system, and meanwhile remote locking the mobile phone is realized. A user just needs to send a preset screen locking command to a mobile phone terminal, and the mobile phone enters a screen locking status, and thus the mobile phone cane be unlocked only after a code is input.
