When the jacking oil cylinders are in a contracted state, the upper surface of the jacking cross beam is flush or lower than the upper surface of the vehicle body. Multiple walking wheel groups are embedded into the bottoms of two sides of the vehicle body. Therefore, the low-position large-load powered platform vehicle for transportation can lift large articles, freely goes in or out of a designated position in a workshop and then places the articles, and various common problems that when the articles are transferred in a field at present, a hoisting device in the workshop is low in lifting capacity or is large in size and accordingly cannot go into the workshop or is limited in track range and accordingly cannot reach to the designated position and the like are solved.
