The invention provides an anti-ventilation anti-blocking detection device for a blast furnace hot air duct, which comprises an outer tube and an inner tube, wherein the outer tube is fixed to the shell of the hot air duct and communicated with the shell; the inner tube is fixed to the inside of the outer tube; the lower end of the inner tube is positioned in an embedded hole of a firebrick lining of the hot air duct; and the cavity, which is formed by the inner wall of the outer tube, the outer wall of the inner tube and the outer wall of the firebrick lining, is filled with a sealing medium. The inner tube and outer tube are arranged, and the cavity, which is formed by the inner wall of the outer tube, the outer wall of the inner tube and the outer wall of the firebrick lining, is filled with the sealing medium, thereby avoiding the problems of ventilation and blocking in the blast furnace hot air duct physical parameter detection process.
