本发明涉及双酚A单链抗体的筛选方法及其应用，属于生物技术领域，该单链抗体是由核糖体展示鼠源天然抗体库中筛选出来的并进行了功能性表达。本发明还涉及应用核糖体展示技术筛选双酚A的方法。本发明筛选出的双酚A单链抗体可以应用于污染检测与研制快速检测己烯雌酚残留的免疫速测试剂盒及治疗相关疾病中的用途。

The invention relates to bisphenol A single-chain antibody and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of biology. The single-chain antibody is screened out from a mouse natural antibody library through ribosome display and performs functional expression. The invention also relates to a method for applying the ribosome display technology to screen bisphenol A. The screened bisphenol A single-chain antibody is applicable to pollution detection, developing of an immunity rapid-detection kit rapidly detecting diethylstibestrol residue, and treating of correlated diseases.
