摘要:
本发明公开了一种成分梯度的一维CoxFe3-xO4磁性纳米线的制备方法:FeCl3和CoCl2按物质的量之比为1.8:1混合均匀,作为反应前驱体放于瓷舟中,将瓷舟放入管式炉的加热区,基体放入管式炉的不加热区,所述基体为覆盖有SiO2膜的硅片;基体与反应前驱体的距离为7-10cm;调节管式炉加热区的温度达到700~900℃,并向管式炉内通入载气,保温2~3h,然后将管式炉冷却至室温,将基体取出,即制得成分梯度的一维CoxFe3-xO4纳米线,x=0.1-0.3。本发明把温度控制与基体和反应前驱体的距离相结合下,成功制备了大面积的具成分梯度变化的一维CoxFe3-xO4纳米线。

The invention discloses a preparing method of a one-dimensional CoFe<3-x>O4 magnetic nano wire with a component gradient. The preparing method includes: uniformly mixing FeCl3 and CoCl2 according to a mole ratio of 1.8:1, putting the mixture adopted as a reaction precursor into a combustion boat, putting the combustion boat into a heating zone of a tube furnace, putting a substrate into an unheated zone of the tube furnace with the substrate being a silicon wafer covered with SiO2 film and the distance between the substrate and the reaction precursor being 7-10 cm, adjusting the temperature of the heating zone of the tube furnace to be 700-900 DEG C, feeding a carrier gas into the tube furnace, maintaining the temperature for 2-3 h, cooling the tube furnace to the room temperature and taking the substrate out, thus obtaining the one-dimensional CoFe<3-x>O4 magnetic nano wire with the component gradient, wherein the x is 0.1-0.3. According to the preparing method, the one-dimensional CoFe<3-x>O4 magnetic nano wire with the component gradient and a large area is prepared under the combination of temperature control and the distance between the substrate and the reaction precursor.
