The invention discloses a construction method for connecting reinforced concrete beams with steel reinforced concrete columns. The method comprises the steps: firstly, respectively welding weldable sleeves and weldable regulating reinforcing bar tail ends on section steel column flanges at both ends of each reinforced concrete beam; then, screwing one end of each of the main bars of the reinforced concrete beams in the weldable sleeves; connecting the other end of each of the main bars of the reinforced concrete beams with the weldable regulating section steel bar tail ends through straight thread sleeves; changing banding ribs of the steel reinforced concrete columns into lacing ribs outside cotters of the section steel columns; welding steel bars on the cotters of the section steel columns to fix the connection of pulled bolts on a mould. The method disclosed by the invention solves the technical problems that the spatial arrangement of node reinforcing bars of the reinforced concrete beams is in conflict with that of the section steel of the steel reinforced concrete columns, and the construction difficulty is large, ensures the construction quality, quickens the construction progress, and saves the economic cost.
