The invention relates to a linear easy-tearing packaging-use unstretched aluminum-plated thin film. The thin film is characterized in comprising a four-layer structure. The four layers are respectively an aluminum plating layer, a corona layer, an intermediate layer, and a heat-seal layer. According to the invention, a base film is produced with a three-layer co-extrusion casting method, and vacuum aluminum layer plating is carried out on the surface of the corona layer of the base film. The base film comprises the corona layer, the intermediate layer, and the heat-seal layer. Compared with prior arts, the linear easy-tearing packaging-use unstretched aluminum-plated thin film has the following advantages: the thin film has good linear easy-tearing performance; the thin film has good moisturizing performance; and the thin film has excellent gas barrier property.
