The invention relates to an alkali-resistant disperse dye composition based on thiazole heterocycle red dye containing a benzoyloxy group and application of the alkali-resistant disperse dye composition. The alkali-resistant disperse dye composition comprises a red dye A, an orange dye B and/or a blue dye C and/or a yellow dye D. The alkali-resistant disperse dye composition is applied to one-bath and one-step dyeing. The alkali-resistant disperse dye composition has the advantages that polyester and blended fabric thereof can be dyed under the strong alkaline condition that pH is more than or equal to 10 and less than or equal to 13, slurry and oil on a fabric can be effectively removed, the defects that a decomposed product is separated out in an acid bath and a flaw is formed are overcome, and the effects that a cloth cover is clean and tidy and a fabric style is good can be realized; pre-treatment and one-bath and one-step dyeing of polyester fibers or blended fabric thereof also can be realized, the efficiency is improved, and the production cost and dyeing waste water are reduced.
