The invention relates to an intelligent ammeter program stability test system based on error injection. The system comprises a program test module and a simulation module which are connected through a reserved connector, wherein the simulation module is in communication with computer software through a network. Pre-stored data information is written into the simulation module by the computer software according to a set test scheme, running information can be read from the simulation module at any time in the running process of the program test module, and simulation on preset working conditions can be completed. By observing the responding condition of an intelligent ammeter program under the preset working conditions, the capacity of the program for handling abnormal conditions can be judged, and stability of the program is judged. According to the system, all the modules in an ammeter are simulated through an FPGA chip, and therefore various working conditions which may happen to the ammeter can be simulated; the working states of all the modules in the intelligent ammeter are directly set through the computer software; all the modules in the intelligent ammeter are simulated with the FPGA chip, and the system has the advantages of being high in working speed and accuracy rate.
