The invention relates to a making method of white-skin mixed bone type dog chew containing smashed animal skin and chicken meat. The making method includes steps of (1) smashing processed leftover materials or smashed skin for making chew bone by a smasher and a screen of 4-6mm; (2) steaming and boiling additives of smashed skin for use; (3) grinding smashed chicken meat or pork or beef by a meat grinder; (4) sufficiently mixing three kinds of raw materials generated in the former three steps in a mixer for 20-30 minutes and adding proper ice cubes, and filling and forming mixtures by bone plastic models different in length; (5) after forming and demoulding, feeding the mixture into a roasting house at the temperature of 50-60 DEG C for 5-6 hours, then transferring the mixture into the roasting house at the temperature of 80 DEG C for 5-6 hours and sterilizing, so that water is controlled under 14%. The white-skin mixed bone type dog chew has functions of tooth fitness and cleaning of dogs and oral nursing of pets, the problem that common pet chews cannot provide required nutrient components for the pets and are poor in fitness functions and the like is solved.
