The invention relates to a bolt packer which comprises a machine frame, and a conveying belt arranged on the machine frame and used for conveying packed end products. The bolt packer is characterized in that a blanking mechanism used for accurate blanking is arranged on the machine frame, a meter bucket is arranged below the blanking end of the blanking mechanism, a seal moving and transferring mechanism used for packaging film sealing is arranged below the meter bucket, the machine frame is further provided with at least one material conveying trough, and one end of the material conveying trough extends to a position above the meter bucket. The bolt packer provided by the invention has the following advantages: 1, by using the material conveying trough, a quick material supplying effect is played, with the matching of the blanking mechanism, an accurate blanking effect is played, and quick blanking effect is achieved; 2, by using a material limiting plate I and a material limiting plate II, the blanking is further controlled, and the over blanking is avoided; 3, threads which are in opposite direction and meshed mutually are formed in the upper surfaces of a group of roll shafts, so that part arranging and accurate blanking are facilitated; 4, a bearing mechanism is used for bearing packing films, accurate film packing and accurate sealing are achieved, and packaging film breakage caused by overweigh can be avoided.
