The invention provides child shoes with external force buffering layers. Each child shoe is provided with four damping columns. Each front sole portion is provided with one damping column with the protruding part being a plastic spring and one damping column with the protruding part being a solid cylinder. Similarly, each rear heel is provided with one damping column with the protruding part being a plastic spring and one damping column with the protruding part being a solid cylinder. When a child carries out aggravating activities, the two damping columns with the plastic springs are arranged, and therefore the damping effect is ensured; when the child does not carry out the aggravating activities, the two damping columns with the solid cylinders are arranged, wear to the plastic springs is reduced, and the durability of the child shoes is improved.
