The invention aims at providing an atomization device capable of inducing the temperature change of a heating element and an electronic cigarette employing the atomization device and a temperature control function. The heating element and a temperature-sensitive element are arranged in the atomization device, and the heating element is electrically connected with the temperature-sensitive element; a control device is arranged in the electronic cigarette and is electrically connected with the atomization device and a power supply device respectively. The atomization device has functions of monitoring the temperature change of the heating element and controlling the temperature of the heating element.
