本发明是要提供一种固态发酵糟醅取样装置，包括钻头部、园柱体型的主轴部、手柄部，所述钻头部和手柄部分别设于园柱体型的主轴部的的两端，其所述主轴部的主轴体为中空结构，于主轴体上设有一个或若干取样腔口及与取样腔口相对应的取样室。其是针对现有的技术问题，提供一种使用方便，使用一取样器可以获取不同位置糟醅样品的糟醅取样器，同时对糟醅的继续发酵不产生影响。

The invention provides a sampler for solid state fermented grains. The sampler comprises a drill part, a cylindrical spindle part and a handle part, wherein the drill part and the handle part are arranged at two ends of the cylindrical spindle part respectively, a spindle body of the spindle part adopts a hollow structure, and one or more sampling cavity ports and sampling chambers corresponding to the sampling cavity ports are formed in the spindle body. The sampler for the solid state fermented grains aims to solve the conventional technical problems, is convenient to use, can obtain fermented grain samples in different positions by one sampler and does not affect continuous fermentation of the fermented grains simultaneously.
