The invention discloses a heat-insulating powder coating which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 22-28 parts of bisphenol F epoxy resin, 30-45 parts of aliphatic glycidyl ether epoxy resin, 5-10 parts of poly(methyl) acrylic resin with free carboxyl, 3-4 parts of magnesium carbonate, 5-8 parts of gelatine powder, 12-18 parts of carbon black, 2-3 parts of aluminite powder, 5-10 parts of ceramic micro-beads, 3-7 parts of iron oxide red, 0.4-0.6 part of dibutyltin dilaurate, 3-5 parts of a curing agent, 0.7-2 parts of a stabilizer and 4-6 parts of a flatting agent, wherein the inner diameters of the ceramic micro-beads are smaller than 1mum; and the volume-weight is smaller than 150kg/m<3>. The powder coating disclosed by the invention is moderate in volume resistance, high in surface resistance and good in heat insulating property.
