The invention discloses tape yarn woven cloth woven by hot-melt adhesive tape yarns, and a composite board. The tape yarn woven cloth comprises composite tape yarns which are woven into the tape yarn woven cloth with a warp and weft structure. After warp yarns and weft yarns heated to 100 to 160 DEG C are woven into the tape yarn woven cloth, overlapping parts of the warp yarns and the weft yarns are adhered and fixed by hot melting, and hot-melt adhesive layers of the warp yarns and hot-melt adhesive layers of the weft yarns in the overlapping parts of the warp yarns and the weft yarns are adhered to form a whole body; air vents are formed in joints of the warp yarns and the weft yarns, and hot-melt adhesive layers are formed on the upper surface and the lower surface of the tape yarn woven cloth, respectively. The composite board is composited by hot-pressing a plurality of tape yarn woven cloth. The adhering strength of the tape yarn woven cloth and the composite board is high, the tensile orientation of fibers inside the tape yarns is not damaged, the tensile strength and the impact strength are substantially improved, and the air permeability and the water permeability are good.
