According to the parking lot, the movable charging robot conducts management on the energy storage component through the battery management unit, energy storage units with the hidden danger are isolated from normal units, and safety accidents are avoided; the energy storage units are controlled to charge the electric vehicle in turn, and therefore the service life of batteries can be prolonged, faults of the batteries can be conveniently monitored, and the utilization of the energy storage component can be improved.
