The extruding temperature of the inner middle layer ethylene propylene rubber is sequentially 60 DEG C-80 DEGC, 60 DEG C-80 DEGC, 60 DEG C-80 DEGC and 50 DEG C-70 DEGC from the machine head to the screw. The reinforcement layer is produced by adopting a fiber aramid yarn knitting technology, fiber aramid yarns are 1100-1760 dtex. The extruding temperature of the outer layer ethylene propylene rubber is sequentially 60 DEG C-80 DEGC, 60 DEG C-80 DEGC, 60 DEG C-80 DEGC and 50 DEG C-70 DEGC from the machine head to the screw and is formed through vulcanization. The heat-resisting requirement f the turbo-charging hose is met, the standard requirement of an automobile factory is met, product cost is reduced, and competitiveness is also improved.
