The assembly comprises an assembly body, a left suspension component, a right suspension component and a rear suspension component. The rear suspension component comprises a rear suspension support and a rear suspension; the rear suspension support comprises an L-shaped bent plate and two vertical plates in a welded manner; the rear suspension comprises an installation seat, a rubber assembly and two section-shaped rubber gaskets; the installation seat comprises an arc plate and side plates arranged of two sides of the arc plate; the rubber assembly is cylindrical entirely and comprises a cylindrical housing and a rubber core installed in the cylindrical housing in a pressed manner, and the rubber assembly is welded to one side of the arc plate in a welded manner through the cylindrical housing; metal rings are fixedly installed in the axial holes of the rubber gaskets and are arranged coaxial to the rubber assembly, the rubber assembly and the rubber gaskets extend to the position between the two vertical plates of the rear suspension support and are fixedly connected to the two vertical plates through bolts. By the aid of the assembly, the vibration transmitted to a frame when an engine operates is reduced, and resonance, and interference between the engine and other parts of an engine compartment during vehicle operation are avoided.
