The invention discloses an outdoor lamp. The invention further discloses the ground insert. According to the outdoor lamp and the ground insert thereof, by virtue of the pedal piece connected with the top of the embedment piece, a user can exert force by hands and feet at the same time, so that the whole outdoor lamp is pushed to be inserted into the ground conveniently and quickly.
