The invention belongs to the technical field of sensors, in particular to an ultrasonic wave sensor with a varying-voltage frequency modulator. The sensor comprises a sensor casing (1), a piezoelectric crystal plate (2) arranged in the sensor casing (1) and an external power line (3), wherein a varying-voltage frequency modulator (4) is connected between the sensor casing (1) and the external power line (3); the voltage input end of the varying-voltage frequency modulator (4) is connected with the external power line (3); the voltage output end of the varying-voltage frequency modulator (4) is connected to the sensor line. The ultrasonic wave sensor provided by the invention is simple in structure, can adjust voltage input to the ultrasonic wave sensor, can effectively avoid inaccuracy in measured data caused by excessive high or excessive low working voltage of the ultrasonic wave sensor.
