The cavity of a forming die arranged in front of the leaf spring is shaped like an eye, the sliding base is pushed by the piston rod to rapidly dash forward after the high-pressure horizontal pushing cylinder is charged, so that the front end of the leaf spring strip synchronously and rapidly dashes forward into the rolling slot of the forming die, and thereby eye forming is complete.
