By means of the method and device, the influences of the external disturbance on the tension of the copper wire can be measured, and the tension of the copper wire can be compensated for in time; the method and device have the advantages that the accuracy is high and the response speed is high, the fluctuation of the tension of the copper wire is effectively reduced, and the flexural deflection and vibration phenomena caused when an electrode wire runs are remarkably reduced.
