The invention discloses a Chinese herbal medicine skin care product for whitening and anti-aging and a preparation method of the Chinese herbal medicine skin care product. The skin care product comprises 3-10 percent of rhizoma alismatis extracts, 3-8 percent of rhizoma bletillae extracts and 3-8 percent of ginkgo biloba extracts. The skin care product comprises face cleansers, face creams, essences and the like; main components of the product are natural extracts, and therefore, the skin care product is safe to use.
