The invention provides a glass conveying and transfer device which is simple in structure, convenient to control, stable and reliable in glass conveying and high in safety coefficient. The glass conveying and transfer device comprises a conveying vehicle and a transfer frame; the conveying vehicle comprises a vehicle body, a driving device and a steering device; a pedal plate is arranged behind the vehicle body. The glass conveying and transfer device is characterized in that each side of the vehicle body is provided with an extension support; the front end of each extension support is provided with a pallet fork; the transfer frame is provided with corresponding pallet fork openings; the vehicle body is provided with a supporting frame which is corresponding to the transfer frame.
