The invention provides an inclined oil cylinder assembly of a forklift truck. The structure is reasonable, the installation is convenient, and a pallet fork frame can be smoothly pushed to implement the inclination function. The inclined oil cylinder assembly comprises a cylinder body and an installation base plate base; the cylinder body is connected with the installation base plate base in a welding mode; a piston and a piston rod are arranged in the cylinder body; the top end of the cylinder body is provided with an oil cylinder head; the side wall of the cylinder body is provided with a hinged joint oil opening; the top end of the piston rod is provided with a circular arc head.
