本发明涉及粉末冶金技术领域，具体涉及一种双尺度SiC颗粒增强铝基复合材料的制备方法。一种双尺度SiC颗粒增强铝基复合材料的制备方法，包括以下步骤：原材料制备；预热；球磨；二次球磨；烧结。本发明提供的方法简单，易于操作，通过本发明提供的方法制得的双尺度混杂SiC颗粒增强铝基复合材料中，增强颗粒在基体中分布均匀，界面结合较好，无明显缺陷。

The invention relates to the technical field of powder metallurgy, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a dual-scale SiC particle reinforced aluminium-based composite material. The preparation method of the dual-scale SiC particle reinforced aluminium-based composite material comprises the following steps: preparation of raw materials; preheating; ball milling; secondary ball milling; and sintering. The method is simple, and easy to operate; and in the dual-scale SiC particle reinforced aluminium-based composite material, reinforcing particles are evenly distributed in a matrix, the interfacial binding is good, and no obvious defects exist.
