The invention provides an oil tank cover plate assembly of a forwards-moving forklift. The oil tank cover plate assembly is simple in structure and reasonable in design, improves oil suction efficiency and meanwhile protects an oil filling port of an oil tank to ensure oil cleanliness and prolong the working period and service life of oil and elements. The oil tank cover plate assembly comprises an oil suction pipe, an oil return pipe and an oil tank cover plate, wherein the oil filling port is further formed in the oil tank cover plate and is provided with a sealing cover, and the oil suction pipe and the oil return pipe respectively penetrate through the oil tank cover plate to be fixedly connected with the oil tank cover plate. The oil tank cover plate assembly is characterized in that an oil filling air filter is arranged in the oil filling port, and an air-permeable respirator is further arranged on the oil tank cover plate.
