摘要：
本发明是一种交流输入输出的位移传感器的快速自动找零方法。本发明采取的技术方案是：采用labview编写的测控软件，通过数据采集板卡采集传感器数据，然后控制精密测试台，达到快速自动找到传感器零位位置。本发明实现了传感器零位位置的自动寻找，极大的提高了传感器测试工作效率。

The invention discloses a method for quickly and automatically searching a zero position of a displacement sensor in alternating-current input and output. The technical scheme includes that by adoption of labview programmed measurement and control software, sensor data are acquired by a data acquisition board, and then a precision test board is controlled to realize quickness and automation in searching of the zero position of the displacement sensor. By adoption of the method, automation in searching of the zero position of the sensor is realized, and operation efficiency in sensor test is greatly improved.
