The invention discloses a method for preparing a biological carbon/sepiolite nano composite material by virtue of sepiolite and swill oil. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, directly adsorbing swill oil by virtue of sepiolite, carbonizing the sepiolite adsorbed with grease under a nitrogen atmosphere after filter-pressing, and finally, washing, drying and sieving so as to obtain the sepiolite nano composite material loaded with biological carbon. The biological carbon/sepiolite nano composite material prepared by adopting the method not only can achieve the recycling of the swill oil, but also can offer a new way for soil conditioning and repair by virtue of a synergistic effect between the sepiolite and the biological carbon.
