The electric oil quantity controller comprises a shell, a contact, a pipe connecting bolt, a miniature stepping motor, a screw rod, an adjusting rod, a spring and two fixing nuts. The miniature stepping motor is fixed at one end of the shell. The output shaft of the miniature stepping motor and the screw rod are fixed. One end of the adjusting rod is arranged on the screw rod in a screwing way. The pipe connecting bolt is arranged at the other end of the shell in a penetrating and inserting way and is fixed on the shell via the two fixing nuts. The contact and the spring are arranged in the pipe connecting bolt. The contact is partially arranged outside the pipe connecting bolt, and length of the part outside the pipe connecting bolt is 8mm. The other end of the adjusting rod is arranged in the pipe connecting bolt in a penetrating way. One end of the spring is contacted with the contact in an abutting way, and the other end of the spring is contacted with the adjusting rod in the abutting way. The electric oil quantity controller is convenient to adjust and high in control precision.
