The multi-functional double buggy is characterized in that bed body bearings are connected to brackets and supporting assemblies; the upper parts and the lower parts of the bed bodies are connected with first swing rods and second swinging rods; drive assemblies and function assemblies which can enable the bed bodies to shake front and back and toss up and down are also arranged between the bed bodies and the supporting assemblies. According to the invention, multiple functions of pushing, shaking and tossing can be conveniently switched while the buggy is pushed through inserting or pulling out a plurality of hinge pins, the operation is convenient, additional energy consumption is not needed, the problem that parents cannot soothe babies when the parents go out and push the buggy is solved, twins can play favorably due to the up-down tossing function, and thus unique experience is brought to the parents and the babies.
