The invention relates to a preparation process of adjustable heat conductivity binary mixed silicone grease for a high-power LED streetlamp. The method for dissipating the heat of the LED streetlamp by utilizing unique high heat conductivity silicone grease is characterized in that a plurality of gaps existing among particles when only one filling material is provided are filled with mixed particles in different particle sizes by means of a binary nano mixing method, the heat conductivity silicone grease with high heat conductivity and adjustable heat conductivity is prepared by virtue of different filling ratios of different filling materials. The method is applied to the heat radiation of the LED streetlamp and plays a role in solving the problem that the existing LED streetlamp is difficult in heat dissipation.
