The invention relates to a device used for increasing biogas pool production rate. A breaking box and a pelleting box are arranged in a high and low manner, the discharge hole of the breaking box is communicated with the feed inlet of the pelleting box, and the discharge hole of the pelleting box is communicated with the feed inlet of a biogas pool; a breaking component is arranged in the breaking box and comprises a rotating shaft and a blade, the blade is arranged on the rotating shaft, and one end, away from the blade, of the rotating shaft is connected with the output shaft of a first driving unit and is driven to rotate through the first driving unit; a spray nozzle is arranged in the breaking box and located above the blade and is connected with a water pump through a pipeline, the inlet of the water pump is connected with a draw-off pipe, and one end, away from the water pump, of the draw-off pipe extends into the bottom of the biogas pool; a first roller and a second roller are rotatably connected with the pelleting box and are supported through the pelleting box, a second driving unit is capable of driving the first roller and the second roller to rotate, and during rotation, a pelleting space can be formed between the first roller and the second roller so as to allow materials falling from the breaking box to be pelleted. By the arrangement, biogas production rate is high, and the materials can be ensured to be sufficiently fermented.
